Application for student car parking permits in the 1st semester of Academic Year

Subject: Application for student car/motorcycle parking permits in the 1st semester of Academic Year 2021

Description:

I.                   Applications for student parking permits in the 1st semester of Academic Year 2021 are accepted online starting from July 26, 2021, 9 a.m. For more information about cleaning fees and the applicable rules, please refer to the attachment.

II.                A parking space will be kept as soon as an applicant prints out the payment slip and makes payment at a post office. Motorcycle parking permits are valid for one academic year. Students who applied for a motorcycle parking permit in the first semester need not file another application in the second semester.

III.              Due to limited parking spaces of the 1st Motorcycle Parking Lot, students should print out the payment slip right after online application.

IV.             As a large number of applicants are expected after the first day of school, the application process will be handled on 1F of the Common Instruction Building from September 27 to October 8, 2021. After the aforesaid period, the application process will be handled at the Safety Section on 1F of the Administration Building.

V.               Students who have violated the applicable rules for three times or more in this academic year will be disqualified from applying for the parking permit of the 1st Motorcycle Parking Lot in the next academic year.

VI.             Car/motorcycle parking permits should be attached or displayed on cars/motorcycles, and no damage or alteration is allowed. Fees for a replacement of a parking permit will be collected if the original permit is lost or damaged.

VII.          Students under the age of 20 should have their parents sign on the third page of the payment slip.

VIII.       Applicants must collect their parking permits in person.

IX.             (Only for students at the Medical Campus) Students who reside at E-Da Hospital Dormitoryand want to apply for a parking permit of E-Da Hospital should collect an application form at the Office of General Affairs at the Medical Campus first. Please do NOT apply for the parking permit online.

X.                (Only for students at the Medical Campus) On B2F of Teaching Building B at the Medical Campus, there are 25 car parking spaces available to students. Students who want to apply for one please contact the General Affairs Section at the Medical Campus.

XI.             Due to limited parking spaces of the Dormitory 2 Motorcycle Parking Lot, students should complete online registration first, and the University will conduct a public drawing later. The period for online registration will be announced later on the website of the Safety Section.
