Access controls and traffic controls on New Year's Eve.

I.            Due to the New Year countdown fireworks show held at the Main Campus between Thursday, December 31, 2020, and Friday, January 1, 2021, access controls and traffic controls will be in place in every building, including offices, classrooms, labs, and indoor and outdoor parking lots, starting from 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2020. Should you have any questions or an emergency arise, please contact the Security Station (ext. 2999 or 3000).

II.          The New Year's Eve celebrations are scheduled for Thursday, December 31, 2020, at E-Da World, and traffic controls are as follow:

1.         Entering the campus:

a.      Motorcycles: All motorcycles are not allowed to enter the campus from 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2020, until 12:30 midnight on Friday, January 1, 2021.

b.      Cars: All cars are not allowed to enter the campus after 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2020, unless a student ID card or a faculty/staff badge is presented (only the First Parking Lot is available).

2.         Leaving the campus:

a.       Motorcycles: All motorcycles can leave the campus only after 12:15 midnight on Friday, January 1, 2021.

b.       Cars: All cars are not allowed to leave the campus between 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2020, and 1:30 a.m. on Friday, January 1, 2021.

To avoid traffic jams, please enter or leave the campus before the traffic controls are in place or after they are removed.
