Access controls and traffic controls on New Year's Eve.

I.      Due to New Year's Eve celebrations, access controls and traffic controls will be in place in every building and indoor parking lot starting 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31. During the access controls, please use your student ID card or faculty/staff ID badge to enter buildings. Should you have any questions or an emergency arise, please contact the Security Station (ext. 2999 or 3000). We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

II.     The New Year countdown firework show is scheduled for Tuesday, December 31, 2019, and traffic controls are as follow: 

1.   Entering the campus:

a.    Motorcycles: All motorcycles are not allowed to enter the campus until 12:20 midnight on Wednesday, January 1, 2020.

b.   Cars: All cars are not allowed to enter the campus after Tuesday, December 31, 2019, 8 p.m., unless a student ID card or faculty/staff badge is presented.

2.   Leaving the campus:

a.    Motorcycles: All motorcycles may leave the campus starting 12 midnight on Wednesday, January 1, 2020.

b.   Cars: All cars are not allowed to leave the campus between Tuesday, December 31, 2019, 11:30 p.m. and Wednesday, January 1, 2020, 1 a.m.

To avoid traffic jams, please enter or leave the campus before the traffic controls are in place or after they are removed.
